This artist was originally inspired to work with glass by renowned US artists such as Dale Chihuly when he was completing his degree and started creating pieces in Stourbridge.
"With the natural play of light and its sensuous quality, the use of glass in interiors can dramatically transform a space. For me the greatest excitement of glass design is the thought of the unmade - from conception of idea, the mystery of the creative journey to what becomes," he says.
His inspirations are taken from the gorgeous textures and colours found on the West coast of Scotland and lately Wales.
"I didn't discover Steve's work until quite recently but was instantly attracted to his use of colours and textures. His pieces really do seem to bring a sense of the sea and escapism into your room. If you yearn for the great outdoors either above or below water, I am sure you will be inspired by his work."
