We are very fortunate that two or three of the finest exponents of this art still practise and perfect their skills in our area and create individual pieces and limited editions. Intricate layers of coloured glass and decoration are applied while the glass is in its’ fluid state and then hand carved and applied after it has cooled. The pieces often have an iridescent or ‘rainbow effect’ appearance.

Primarily used for exquisite decoration, for people to constantly view and enjoy, or collected for emotional and financial investment.
